Who is Eligible for Home Care Services?
Individuals may be eligible for home care services if they meet the following criteria:
• 55 years of age or older
• Require a clinical level of care as determined through a state assessment process
• Able to live safely in the community at the time of enrollment
• Reside within our service area, which includes all of Rhode Island excluding Block Island and Prudence Island
Our goal is to help older adults remain safely and comfortably in their homes while receiving the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.
